The Problem with the world today is communication.. Too much communication. I think the businesses need better communication. UVP is the core reason why customers choose that brand over its competitors. It makes the brand standout in a crowded market.
For example : Instead of saying our hospital services are of high quality, you might say ,our angioplasty services are of high quality ,our angioplasty options include drug-eluting stent ( DES) to prevent the artery from narrowing again and quick release of patient ,saving your money and time.
” Think of that Unique Value as “Lock Kiss” because UVP is the Key that unlock the customer’s commitment and loyalty to the brand. It attracts new customers and retain existing customers leading repeat business.

Individual or a Company can be easily replaced by the customer. The replacement can be with some one with similar skills or in the case of a company, replacement can be with another company of similar products/service. It is easy to find some one who can do the same job. Skills can be acquired and is easy to replicate. On the other hand Talent is God’s gift to you and is a tough nut to crack to replicate. UVP is a significant asset in your brand’s unique personality Just like Talent is difficult to replicate, well established UVP can not be easily replaced.
