EAGLE VERSUS SNAKE ( MARKETING IS WAR)

Don’t fight the competitor in his comfort zone; change the battle field like an eagle. The Eagle doesn’t fight the snake on the ground. It changes the battle field.The Eagle picks up the snake in to the sky-changes the battle ground-and then releases the snake in to the sky. The snake has no stamina, no power, weak, and useless in the air unlike on the ground, where it is enormous, deadly and powerful.

CHOOSE TO BE GREAT INSTEAD OF BIG ( GRASS VS BIG TREE)

But there is a uniqueness for Grass and is different from a Big Tree. Do you know what it is ?
Big trees are most vulnerable to wind. They are likely to fall in a storm, But grass is so attached to the earth and can even withstand not only rain and storm, but also even an earthquake,
So don’t consider yourself as degraded in being a grass., Never become a diluted version of you ( even when you compete with big giant). Be different from big giant. Remember that, you cannot compete with big giants by your just uniqueness. Yes, every body claim they are unique , but we are going one step ahead. BE DIFFERENT.

Team Leader is like a Catalyst in a chemical reaction. It is not a reactant, it is helping the atoms ( your team members)to overcome the energy barrier-( to reach your organisation goal) for a chemical reaction (results) to occur. And the catalyst is never used up in a chemical reaction. The Team leader is active at all times and never used up by team members. Leader helps the team members to achieve the organisation goal.

Of course strategy matters . But many businesses have a silver bullet delusion about strategy-gripped by the notion that if we just get our strategy perfect we’ll differentiate ourselves and beat the competition. Unfortunately strategy is nowhere near as important as some organisation and leaders think it is.
