WHY SMILE ,SEX & DEEP MEDITATION ARE GOOD FOR YOU!
Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness. It is a subjective symptom . That means it is perceptible only to the patient.Others only know about it if the patient tells them.
In Vedic Astrology , any affliction to to the Moon or Mercury by Saturn in a Birth Chart give rise to anxiety.
Moon is the significator of mind where as mercury governs the brain nerves.
The 3rd and 9th house from the Lagna/ascendant are mental signs. Gemini, Virgo and Aquarius rules our mind. Any affliction to above signs and housed will give rise to anxiety.
Loneliness and social isolation are associated with negative health outcomes such as anxiety. However there is a difference between loneliness and social isolation.
Loneliness is a subjective experience(feelings) You may have large social contacts and still feel lonely.
Social isolation is an objective experience where there is complete lack of contact between an individual and society. A person may be socially isolated but not feel lonely.
Endorphins (brain chemical/neurotrasmitters) makes us feel happier and help lower anxiety. The smiling releases endorphins due to the movement of muscles in your face which is interpreted by your brain, which in turn releases these chemicals .Endorphins also reduce cortisol ( stress hormone) .
Endorpins are responsible for both romantic love and platonic love (non sexual). The feeling you get when you meet your loved one is the result of this mini flood of endorphins.
We give chocolates to children. The chocolate releases endorphins and makes children feel happier.
Endorphins are not only produced by smiling or sex, it is also produced during deep meditation. The endorphin producing receptors are located not only in brain and nerve endings but also in spinal cord. In deep meditation, we move our energy from base of spine(muladhara) to top of head (sahasrara). That is why it is said Deep meditation gives you more pleasure than sex. In deep meditation , there will be no ejaculation. It is cosmic orgasim and is 10 times more intense than orgasim during sex.
