PASCHIMOTTANASANA-A NEW HOPE FOR CURE- POTBELLY,LIBIDO & DIABETIC MELLITUS
- Sit on the ground with extended leg forward.
- The legs and thighs should remain straight.
- Slowly bend forward and hold the big Toes with hands.
- Exhale slowly and bend the head and trunk downwards till it touches the knee. Hold this position about 20 sec with normal breathing.
- Ensure to bold the toes while exercise is in process.
- Inhale slowly and raise the head from the knees and come back to the original position.
- This exercise activates stomach, kidney ,liver ,pancereas.
- This is very good exercise for diabetic people. No doubt you will no longer be diabetic if you perform this exercise in the initial stages of diabetic disease.
- It helps to reduce potbelly which is a major cause for Libido(men and women). Potbelly fat triggers inflammation in your arteries which makes them unable to secrete nitric oxide and less able to enlarge.
