This is how Garuda fights with Nagas -large snakes( example Vasuki) and thrashes him on the ground. The bird doesn’t fight the snake on the ground. It changes the battlefield
Grass is very smaller compared to a tree. If the wind gets fast enough, trees will break regardless of their sizes or species. But grass bend without breakdown. Grass can withstand high velocity winds. So your strength depends on your battlefield.
