He was perhaps the only incarnation of Lord Vishnu who still remains in Earth. He is Brahmin but has dual qualities viz qualities of Kshatriya ( Courage) and Brahmins ( Wisdom). Guru Parasurama had implicit obedience and perfect faith in his Guru-Lord Shiva. When Shiva called Parasurama and asked him to fight with and defeat demons. Parasurama was without weapons and asked Shiva how he could go and fight with demons without weapons. Siva Said  ” Go with my blessings and you will kill your foes”.

Parasuram defeated the demons and came back to Shiva when the latter gave him many boons and devine axe Parasu

It should be chanted after Sunrise or 1.5 hours before Sunset

The best day to chant this mantra is on Krishna Paksha Sashti Tithi ( 6th day of wanning moon ) or Shukla Paksha Tritiya Tithi ( 3rd day or waxing Moon). If any of these tithis also happens to be a Nakshatra of Uttaraphalguni, then it is very auspicious. Akshaya Tritiya day is also auspicious.

You can think of Vishnu and Chant this Mantra

Write your feelings on paper-about enemies, competition and offer it to Guru Parasuram and later Burn it off.
