EXPERIENCE VS DELIBERATE PRACTICE

Knowing about God is different from Knowing God.

Likewise, Experience and Deliberate practice is different.

I hate when people confuse experience with deliberate practice. You can have a Bachelor’s degree and still be an idiot.

Mere dry experience is like an ordinary rocket, it burns in to a few sparks and then dies out. Experience will saturate after a certain period of time.

You are boiling water.

Up to 99.9 degree centigrade ( experience), it is still water.

99.9 to 100 degree centigrade, water converts to steam. There is a point at which Quantitive change becomes Qualitative change and at that point, change becomes transformation.

You have only experience you don’t get any better! Only quantitative change. You may get even worse. If you wish to keep on improving, you need deliberate practice for transformation.
